Introducing the New St. Andrews Community Center
St. Andrews just raised the bar with a brand-new amenity for their residents.
The new community center, which debuted this July, gives residents a light-filled gathering hall, a full catering kitchen, comfortable lounge and meeting spaces, a dedicated gym, and a mirrored yoga studio, all under one roof.
What is inside the new St. Andrews Community Center?
There’s a ton of great features to explore! Since its July debut, the center has given residents a true gathering place, anchored by a soaring, vaulted hall with a fireplace and room to host guests and family members alike.
- Great room and lounge, with plush seating, a linear fireplace, and plenty of room for mingling with friends.
- Catering kitchen, with a quartz island, stainless appliances, and space to serve a crowd no matter the event.
- Meeting and dining areas, with large tables and seating for gatherings, game nights, or working from home when you need a change of view.
- Indoor and outdoor flow, with glass doors that open to a deck for warm-weather events or cooler nights.
Does St. Andrews have a gym and yoga studio?
Yes. The community center added two fitness spaces most rentals do not offer.
